• your name
• your affiliation
• your mailing address
• dates of your arrival and departure  (June 16, 17, 18, 19)
• title of your talk or poster
• abstract of your contribution.

The Symposium fee (including conference materials, lunches, coffe breaks, wecome party and banquet) payable before May 24, 2019, is  240 €  or  1000 zl.
ROMP and OSID Editors as well as doctoral students are entitled to a  50%  fee reduction.

Late payment (after May 24) -- add  60 €  or  250 zl.

Social evening fee for accompanying persons is   35 €  or  150 zl.

Fees can be paid on-line by CREDIT CARD (PayU) or by bank transfer.
